Client Disclosure, Consent & Agreement
WelcomeThe Expanding Existence Transmissions is a deeply personal and transformational journey that blends intuitive guidance, somatic release, energy awareness, emotional exploration, and conscious presence. This work is unconventional and intended only for those who are ready to explore the edges of their existence and step into a new way of being. Please read this document carefully before engaging.
1. Scope of Work
This transmissions is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. It does not diagnose or treat physical or mental conditions. Polyxeni Kokovika is not a licensed healthcare provider and offers these services under the legal right to provide alternative wellness work, in accordance with California Business & Professions Code §§ 2053.5 and 2053.6.
2. What to Expect
Sessions may include breath-work, intuitive touch, movement, emotional release, and exploration of your everyday environment. You may experience energetic shifts, deep insight, emotional intensity, or physical sensations. Feelings such as disorientation, exhaustion, tears, or expansiveness may arise—these are natural responses within the recalibration process.
3. Consent & Boundaries
Touch: Light touch or physical techniques may be used. Your verbal consent will always be requested first.
Presence: Full participation, honesty, and self-responsibility are essential.
Safety: You must disclose any relevant health or psychological conditions prior to your session.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared is held in strict confidence, with the following legal exceptions:
Imminent risk of harm to yourself
Threats of harm to others
Suspected abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult
Court orders or subpoenas
Non-payment requiring collection action
Clients may request information sharing with a third party and revoke permission at any time.
5. No Guarantees
This work often leads to meaningful transformation, but outcomes vary by individual. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.
6. Agreement & Release
By engaging in these transmissions, you affirm that you:
Understand this is alternative wellness work, not licensed medical or psychological care
Are voluntarily choosing to participate
Are mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage
Accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after sessions
Consent to the potential use of touch or movement techniques as described
Release and hold harmless Polyxeni Kokovika from any claims arising from your participation
7. Online Sessions
If participating remotely, you agree to:
Maintain a private, quiet, and uninterrupted environment
Ensure a stable internet connection and functional device
Expanding Existence is not liable for technical interruptions or security breaches on your end.
8. Ethics & Termination
This is a sacred and respectful space. Expanding Existence reserves the right to discontinue services immediately if behavior is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, or if the process is no longer safe, aligned, or supportive. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise determined by the facilitator.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, and practices shared during transmissions are the intellectual property of Expanding Existence. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or taught without explicit written permission.
10. Transfer Policy
All transmissions are non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, or reassigned without prior written approval.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by Expanding Existence Transmission shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within California. By engaging in these services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
